Students in Kindergarten through grade 8 participate in physical education twice weekly. Pre-K four-year olds participate once weekly. Instruction develops muscular coordination, physical fitness and an understanding and appreciation of games and sports.

Activities include basketball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey and badminton. League sports are offered in cross-country, field and track, basketball and soccer. Wrestling, golf, soccer and basketball clinics are also offered. There is an after-school yoga program available.
