Religion & Social Studies

Religion
All students participate in religion instruction. The three-prong message of our Catholic faith worship, community and service, is instilled in the students and reinforced through active participation in prayer, scripture, social concerns projects and seasonal celebrations.
 
Throughout the year, students participate in school wide liturgies and prayer services.
 
Social Studies
The primary focus of the social studies curriculum is to expose the students to interconnectedness of people through a study of the world in which we dwell. It is designed to educate the student to the geography, culture and history of the community, state, country and world. The curriculum emphasizes the multicultural diversity within our nation.  The texts are supported with library and media resources, maps and globes.
