Dear St Rose Famiies,
The safety of your children, the St Rose faculty and our employees remain our highest priority. Accordingly, No Fuss Lunch has everything in place to operate a safe meal program for the upcoming school year. Utilizing our dedicated 10,000 square foot facility, state-of-the-art meal ordering portal and fleet of delivery vehicles, we can individually package meals offsite in our facility in compliance with health regulations. While in the past you were able to choose from 10+ lunch options each day, this year we are offering a very limited menu in order to support the change in packaging and distribution. Menus will be live each Wednesdays to accept orders for the coming week. Ordering will close on Saturday at 3pm sharp.
In addition to the above, we have robust sanitizing and safety procedures that include but are not limited to the following:
All service areas in our commercial kitchen are sanitized 3x’s per day with a commercial grade sanitizing solution. This includes but is not limited to, all plastic spice containers, door knobs, pulls to walk in freezers and refrigerators, electric garage door openers, computer keyboards, faucet handles, oven knobs, all delivery van door handles, van shift arms, radio buttons, and steering wheels.
At the start of each shift all employees undergo a temperature check which is recorded and maintained in a log.
All employees handling food and deliveries are washing hands using antibacterial soap for 20 seconds before, 2 times during, and at the end of each shift.
Employees wear facemasks, hairnets under hats, and disposable gloves which are changed frequently.
We use a commercial, high heat conveyer dishwasher with industrial strength, health- department-approved cleaning solution and sanitizing rinse.
We have a washer and dryer onsite, and all uniforms and aprons are washed, using bleach and detergent after each use.
All our vendors leave products just inside our door, and are prohibited from entering any further into our facility.
Delivery staff uses hand sanitizer before and after entering vans and just prior to entering each school.
If you have any questions regarding our lunch service, please don’t hesitate to reach-out. Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to serving your children during the 2020-2021 school year.
