As the coronavirus (COVID-19) has rapidly evolved, I feel it's important to keep you informed during this fluid situation.
Starting tomorrow, we will begin using our on-line learning platform, Zoom! Below you will find a master schedule showing the time/day each teacher will Zoom with their class. If they have not done so already, teachers will forward sign-in information to each class they teach. Their letter will outline clear instructions on how to sign-in to Zoom.
Teachers will take attendance by recording participation in Zoom and the completion of their packets. Our goal is to have each and every day that we are out of the building count towards our 180 day school days for the year.
If for some reason you find that your student is not successfully joining their class, please reach out to Mr. Miller and he can you navigate the website/meeting dial-in process.
Please do not worry or stress-out over the lessons. Your child was sent home with two weeks worth of work, just in case we are out next week as well. I will relate that information to you as it is made available to me.
This is uncharted territory for all of us! I know that is even more stressful for parents that already know the difficulties of completing homework. We will all figure this out together. Together (with a whole lot of patience) we can do anything!
Remember, my main priority remains to be the health and well-being of my students, parents, faculty, and staff.
"Don't just was your hands, also fold them in prayer."
