Monday, January 26th, there is a 10:10am delayed opening due to inclement weather for all students and staff. If there is a possibility of closing schools, you will be alerted to any schedule change in the early morning.

BOOK FAIR 

Our Book Fair will kick off when we return to school.

It will not be open on Sunday. 

NEW THIS YEAR!

TUES. JAN 27th UNTIL 3:45 pm!

(Hours will be rescheduled if school is cancelled) 

 WORRIED ABOUT THE SNOW? NO PROBLEM!

• Due to the impending snowstorm, all activities planned for Sunday have been postponed. This includes the Opening Mass for Catholic Schools Week, the Book Fair, and our Open House.

• We plan to open the Book Fair upon our return to SRLA. This may be on Monday or Tuesday, depending on weather conditions, but we will be open for business!

• At this time, please plan on at least a delayed opening for Monday, which may be expanded to a complete day off from school should the roads warrant. 

• The 8th grade pinning ceremony has been postponed.

• Remember to check our school website and check your text, voicemail and email for the update, should we need to change our planned delayed opening for Monday, 1/126/26 to a full snow day.

MONDAY: DRESS IN THE STYLE OF YOUR FAVORITE DECADE! Please bring in a $2 donation (per student) that will go to the Raptor Trust.

**Should we not have school on 1/26, that dress down day and activities will be moved to the following Monday, 2/2/26.

TUES: DRESS AS YOUR FAVORITE FICTIONAL CHARACTER! We are asking for a monetary donation of your choice for “Pennies for Puppies, Dollars for Dogs”

WED: WACKY WED! WEAR YOUR CRAZIEST ENSEMBLE! We are asking for a $2 donation per student to go to the Make a Wish Foundation

THURSDAY: DRESS AS WHATEVER YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GROW UP We are asking for a $2 donation per student to go to the Jonathan C. Benjamin Scholarship Fund

FRIDAY: MULTICULTURAL DAY. YOUR CLASS PARENTS WILL TELL YOU WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR THIS CELEBRATION.

Put on your dancing shoes and join the fun!

You’re invited to our Family School Dance on January 30th from 6:30–9:30 PM in the SRLA gym. This special event is all about bringing families together and building a closer school community.

Please note: this is not a drop-off event. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire evening. Siblings and family members who do not attend the school are welcome to join the fun!

We hope you’ll come dance, laugh, and make great memories with us.
