THEY RUN FAST AND THROW FAR!

The St. Rose Track & Field team had its second successful meet of the season, competing against teams from 17 schools at the Academy of Our Lady Invitational at Paramus Catholic High School on Sunday afternoon.

Grades K-2 ran in the 55m dash and threw the turbo javelin. All received ribbons. For grades 3-8, the top eight finishers in each event scored points for the team, with medals for the top 6 individuals in each event.

We are so proud of everyone who participated!

Our next meet will be the Archdiocese of Newark St. Cassian Invitational on May 3rd at Lincoln Park in Jersey City.

We will be showcasing our annual Science fair, and introducing a new art show and film viewing! All made by our very own SRLA students throughout the year.
