A Walk in the Sun!

A HUGE Walk-a-Thon THANK YOU to all our incredible SRLA students and parents who helped make the 2022 Walk-a-Thon such a success!!

Your amazing children moved and grooved to the DJ while raising a record-breaking $25,000 (and counting) for their school!!! These funds will go a long way toward reaching our fundraising goal for the year. We cannot thank our SRLA families enough!

Reminder for 7th Grade Families

Please join us on Tuesday, May 3rd at 7 pm in the SRLA Library for an informative meeting on what to expect in 8th Grade.

Mrs. Underwood and a few 8th Grade parents who have gone through this process will be there to help answer your questions and share their experiences. Thank you!

The 8th Graders were treated to a picnic lunch today from BGR, a perfect way to enjoy the sunshine and start the countdown to graduation!

The SRLA H.S.A. presents a screening of the nationally-acclaimed documentary

The Upstanders

Building Resilience and Empathy to Stand Against Cyber-bullying

Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 7:00 pm

St. Rose of Lima Church

The screening is followed by a presentation and Q&A by Millburn Township Detective Socrates Barbosa.

The Upstanders examines cyber-bullying from the perspectives of the bully, the victim and the onlooker, providing practical tips and resources to change the narrative—to stand up, speak out and support—and become an Upstander, not a Bystander.

Parents and children ages 10+ are welcome to attend. The film is rated for children 10+ only.
