Thanksgiving Food Collection 2022

Please help feed a family in need this Thanksgiving holiday.

Each grade is asked to bring in a specific item for a family’s dinner plus $1.00 to help purchase turkeys to complete the dinner. Food can be brought to homeroom starting November 7th.  

All food must be in by Wednesday November 16^th.

The Thanksgiving Dinners collected from St. Rose of Lima Academy will be added to the St. Rose of Lima Parish Thanksgiving Food Collection and will be delivered to the families on Saturday November 19th.

Since many recipients will be walking or relying on public transportation, the donation of reusable shopping bags will be appreciated.

GRADE:

Pre School- Canned Pumpkin or Fruit Pie Filling / Pie Crust Mix

Kindergarten-  (1) Brownie Mix & (2) Boxes of Corn Muffin Mix

1st -   Salt and Pepper (Small Plastic Picnic Style)

2nd -            (1) 26 oz. Box of Mashed Potatoes

3^rd-              (1) 12 oz. Box of Stuffing

4^th-              (3) 10 oz. cans Turkey Gravy (no glass please)

5^th-              (2) 14 oz. cans Cranberry Sauce

6^{th -}           (2) 15 oz. cans of Vegetables (your choice)

7^th-             (1) 29 oz. can Fruit (your choice)

8^{th -}               (1) 40 oz. can of Yams

                    ADDITIONAL TURKEYS ARE NEEDED!!!!

If you have a turkey that you would like to donate –

please bring it to the church parking lot

on Saturday, November 19th between 9:00-10:00am
